Hi all. I have just been diagnosed with plantar faciitus. I have flat feet so was wondering which slippers and shoes you would all recommend. Im doing the physio exercises alongside too

I did find the free version useful. The only thing I did not really do a lot was the scraping. This was my cure…. Intrinsic foot exercises Calf stretch Heel raises Inversion:eversion Taping when chronic HOKA Bondi 9 I took it slowly as I was chronic. Consistent. And listen to your body don’t push it. It took 5-9 months. Good luck
