Hi, fellow PF warriors! I’m a few months into this, am in PT and am doing the calf stretches/strengthening and balance and foot exercises. My pain is bearable in my Birkenstocks, but, unfortunately, I can’t wear them at work or in my volunteer position. My PF pain is the worst in supportive shoes (Altras) with my Powerstep insert. I own a restaurant and am constantly on my feet on concrete floors. I feel like I have tried all the shoes and insoles and have even had cortisone shots that didn't seem to do me any good. I'm just looking for advice.
