How terrible is my bunion?

How terrible is my bunion? I’ve been told I have flat feet. I just noticed this last night and I’m freaked out No photo description available. Would you say minimally invasive surgery would work on a buinion like mine? Iv been considering going to my gp to enquire about surgery for some time. It doesn't give me terrible pain but I do feel it's worsening, getting more prominent and it really rubs becomes sore/some throbbing occasionally.
