I am currently doing PT once a week I was wondering how long y'all have been going or how to know when to quit ? Shared post Kim Carter Casais I saw the podiatrist who told me my feet shape is all genetic and the issues I have come from that. He gave me medical grade inserts. I started using them Thursday. Now, my shins feel as if I have splints. Is this typical starting a new insert. I have to get sneakers deep enough to place them in. I got new balances. Any thoughts on this? My feet still hurt, but maybe that takes some time to heal? Shared post Patti Miazga My physiotherapist asked me would I consider shock therapy, acupuncture, and dry needle. In desperate need of shoe recommendations either flats or something with heel. I wish I could wear tennis shoes but it definetely would not look great! But if there’s even a “dressier” sneaker I could make that work. I try to wear slippers when at my desk but I’m on my feet a lot. If you look right by the mole on her foot she has that long band that runs between her heel and ball of foot. That is where most of her pain is… it’s more pronounced on right foot but is on both. My 11 year old daughter has PF that her doctors have referred to as “the worst case in a child they have seen”. She has done PT, arch supports, etc. they won’t do any interventions like shots until she is grown. Has anyone had similar experiences? She’s No photo description available.
