Looking for insole recommendations for plantar fasciitis.

Looking for insole recommendations for plantar fasciitis. I’ve had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for nearly 2 months now and also have quite severe heel pain. I’ve tried all sorts of insoles that have been recommended for PF, but unfortunately most of them have quite a strong arch support. I really struggle with this because the arch support presses into my arch and actually causes more pain rather than helping.
