Almost 8 months ago I had bunion and hammer toe surgery with some screws and pins inserted into my first 3 toes. The healing process has gone well. Quick question if anyone knows the answer please. When can I start wearing heels? I don't want to do anything that may compromise the hardware.

I have plate and screws and a second toe permanently straight doesn’t bend I wore kitten heels at my sons wedding at 6 months , you won’t break anything now .. I just can’t wear heels over 2 inches but luckily kitten heels are cute ..

Short answer it won’t compromise the hardware if you can get them on and walk do it
