Anyone just have a hammer toe correction with pin (screw might be big for my toe). Looking to see what recovery was and how it was walking.

I had mine done 7 weeks ago got the pin out last Friday I was walking in my boot from day 4 it was uncomfortable to start with but you soon get the hang of it with I’ve had no issues , today I’m back into my normal trainers and driving
This was my size of pin in second toe , I was so glad to get that sucker out at 7 weeks post op, watching I didn’t bump it or the dogs bumping it or wanting to play with it lol.. I had a second claw toe repair done with mine .After 7 weeks I went into an air cast boot but went from partial to full weight ( spent 4 weeks in it then into runners .. slowly but surely , take one day at a time
I have a pin in my hammer toe. No issues whatsoever.
