Hello I just joined and I have multiple issues with my foot.
Hello I just joined and I have multiple issues with my foot. First I have bunion which now I have hammertoe and foot pad by toes feels like I'm walking with sock that's bunched up and side lateral pain ...I'm on my feet 10 hrs a day n do alot of walking on concrete floors having to wear composite toe shoes for my job. Is this caused from overuse or from bunion? Any info would be appreciated ty
