Has anyone else had pain in their ball of foot, between big and second toe? I am thinking my bunions (tailor and regular) are throwing off the stability in my foot, they are not severe at all but enough to put the ball of my foot in pain after a long day of work to the point I have a hard time putting pressure on my foot. Thank you for all of your input in advance!

I have that! I was told years ago I had a ganglion cyst there but my surgeon said it was caused by my bunion and the huge callous I have good news is that it’s so much better after bunion surgery and I can walk 5 miles or more with no pain! Before surgery I’d have to wear recovery shoes for a couple days
Could be bursitis, neuroma, stress fracture, capsulitis, tendinitis, or early plantar plate tear which would be evident if 2nd toe starts to pop up when weight bearing. Good to have looked at bc if continue to push through pain could tear and dislocate MTPJ joint.
