Has anyone here experienced relief from accupunture ?

Hello group...if someone on here has used spiky balls, I'm wondering if you were successful and if so do you continue to use them for preventing plantar fasciitis ?

Dee Fabrizius What worked for me were Hoka recovery slides and Hoka Bondi 7 sneakers. I suffered for 8 months with plantar fasciitis and it is completely gone. I tried everything including the spikey balls and realized proper footwear was key after all my plantars fasciitis treatments.

Has anyone here experienced relief from accupunture ? I have a long lasting case if plantar fasciitis, been to podiatrist 2x , the pills / shot have not helped

Vandenberg I had severe plantar fasciitis and tried everything, including acupuncture. Nothing worked until I tried something called shockwave therapy. It took 6 treatments and it was expensive, but it worked! Physiotherapists can do this if they have the machine. I hope you get relief, pf is awful!
