Hi everyone! I'm not cured but I have been able to make a number of adjustments to live with less pain day-to-day, and I have even started running again. First, I started using Voltaren gel, a number of months back. It has really helped with my tendonitis and neuroma pain. I did the loading dose for a few weeks and now I use it 2x per day and as needed. Ice packs! Next, I found hiking sandals from Kuailu. Foot massager with heat. Powerstep inserts and heel cups. For running I use a treadmill on rubber flooring. Built up to about 30 mins/2 miles with intervals.
