Glad you got some relief! What exactly does dry needling do that helps it heal?

After suffering for about a year with plantar fasciitis..
After suffering for about a year with plantar fasciitis.. orthopedic apts , physical therapy , new shoes , inserts , all the gizmos and gadgets that I could find .. most not doing a darn thing .. what is helping me the most are a few things … I am following the advice of my orthopedic and staying off the treadmill at the gym.. only doing bike or strider and only walking for exercise in 5-10 min increments. I did splurge for the custom inserts which have helped , stretching of calves , hips , IT band but the one thing that I am giving a lot of credit to is dry needling .. I finished my second week and this has given me the most relief.. started with needles in my feet , ankles and then moved to thighs , IT band , hips and glutes .. I know it probably won’t work for everyone but I am enjoying the relief .. it’s been a long time

I’m trying DMSO and castor oil- today was so much better than yesterday and I just started last night
Right now I’m sitting at a chiropractor office and they’re doing the tens on me and then they’re gonna do the acupuncture. He said all the exercises I was told to do by my orthopedic cause inflammation worse.
If found using custom inserts when cycling really helped, got my foot used to them without the impact.
SageMouse2642 PF can be the result of very tight muscles .. we work on these muscle groups with dry needling and massage and then good stretching..
thanks. This is something I haven't tried yet, so I'm going to start looking for someone who does it. Was it covered by insurance?
how many sessions total have you done? I am only on second treatment. 8 softwave sessions helped some.
I have had 2 sessions so far
SageMouse2642 it is not unfortunately.. but it cost from 36-45 dollars each session
what is DMSO, please?
How has that worked for you and what ratios are you using? I already have 99% pure pharmaceutical grade dmso. Is it hard on your skin? I should probably also use on my calfs. Thanks!
Probably best to google it. It sounds pretty questionable.
yes, because Google knows best🙄it’s against big Pharma soooo- look up Doctor Jones on You Tube ( holistic vet - Veterinarian Secrets) it has been known to remove tumors and growths off animals and human grade as well. Also there’s a lot of knowledge on You tube about it and testimonies from people using it.
mix with top grade brown bottle castor oil
What ratio or amount of each please? Did it work for you? Thanks 😊
