An update to my last post. I've been in my new Altra FWD Via
An update to my last post. I've been in my new Altra FWD Vias for 4 days now (after 3 days in Crocs while I waited), and for the first time in my life I've worn shoes that give my toes space to spread as I walk. That toe spread is what's healing me. For years, my toes were smushed together in traditional shoes, so my arches never actually worked. Instead, my heels and calves carried the load, which is why my PF flared.
