Anyone else ever get a crack/a little bleeding right where your PF pain is? My other foot with no PF looks totally normal. My pain was about gone since I received my last steroid shot in a series of 4 weekly shots. Worked a 12 hour day yesterday and the pain came back along with this new development.

After 10 yrs and struggling in work boots last year . I was at the point where I was going to quit mining. I got told on this page to buy a shiatsu massage cushion and it was the best $90 investment. I'm back to wearing heels and nil issues in work boots.
