Does anyone else wake up from leg cramps(mainly calves) in the middle of the night?
Does anyone else wake up from leg cramps(mainly calves) in the middle of the night? Also, do your ankles swell during the day? I have insoles in my shoes for plantar fasciitis. My calves are waking me up.
