Fascia release surgery tomorrow. After years of plantar fasciitis, all sorts of shoes and insoles (customs as well), stretching, taping, injections, boot multiple times, complete rest, TenJet surgery, weight loss, etc, my MRI shows that the fascia is tearing off the calcenius amongs other issues.
