Senzio miracle balm is brilliant . Really helps with the pain , it’s expensive but good.

Do your calf stretches daily. Great to have orthotics or inserts for your shoes. I wear New Balance sneakers with custom orthotics outdoors and Hoka slides indoors. Just don't go barefoot.
My dr said no Skechers. Period.
there nice do you have a link to this actual shoe from sketches
My podiatrist told me No Sketchers.
They are bearable for me
I have similar ones not work for me.
I have these in black. Very comfy so far. I also have the Skechers arch fit “Cali breeze” Birkenstock style sliders. They are made of the same stuff & very squishy on the heel, so perfect with my heel spur! I’m just over 3 months for me. Hope they help. This is such a good day & bad day journey xx
Yes they are making life bearable for me now for the first time in 2 years. Been wearing for about 2 months
Get better shoes!!
I’ve seen that , does it work then
thank you for the referral, I’ve seen it but been skeptical bc I’ve tried so many things
I’ve tried different creams and insoles but nothing seemed to work . I’ve just finished my first tin it took a week or so to start getting easier but now I can walk without limping and have no pain.
it was a life saver for me . I put it on twice a day and I can walk without any pain .
well they help me , period
I don’t go barefoot ever , I do calf stretches too
I bought them of eBay, there new
everyone is different I guess
True. What works for one doesn’t work for another. But Sketchers are on his No list for everyone. He wants PF sufferers in a good quality running shoe.
If you take them on vacation I would take a back up pair because mine did rub blisters with a lot of walking.
not for holidays
Can you tell me exactly where your pain is? I’m having pain on inner part of heel, I wear OOFA slides in the house and they feel great, but tennis shoes hurt really bad.
Start by taping for a few weeks with shockwave treatment
I have crocs like your sandles they do help..sketchers never helped me..
For me they didn't help. I have low arches . My Crocs have been my saving grace .
Sketchers Foamies arch fit …. They are so comfortable and look stylish rather than some other brands. I have them in this colour and black and wouldn’t be without them
Oooo me likey 👍🏼
You will find out. Some shoes work for some but make it worse for others. It is completely trial and error as far as I can tell and not always the expensive options that work best.
I have sketchers arch support trainers and they help, also crocs In house. Think mine is getting better but scared to go back to my other shoes or boots
I got the same ones as you this summer, I loved them and was so happy to finally where sandals, then after a month my feet were killing me, I hadn't had any pain since I got my orthotics 4 yrs ago , now the pain won't go away no matter what I do.
I have a pair of them, but white, wore them on a lot of walking around Harrogate and Aberdeen, my PF foot had zero distress.
yes and in the meantime we pay a small fortune on finding what helps. I use a night splint which helps a little fir when i get up. But even exercises 2 years on still a nightmare
i do well with cheap, massage flip-flops from temu but the season is running out for them now. A wide toe box and deep, squishy sole in the winter works so if I'm not in a Crocs work clog it's a strange day indeed.
