Got this to try today…. Wonder if it will end up on the pile of other bits I have got previously. Had pain for over 3 months now. Podiatrist says its caused by tight calf muscles which im doing stretching to try help. Wondering if I should book some physio sessions aswell. Dr also suggested it’s planter and I need to rest with few excerise. I am here far some practical experiences and wanted to know most effective ways to deal with it. I got high arch support super feet inserts and hoka Cliftons. I went to the podiatrist and got two cortisone Injections within a few months and used a night splint. That did not help. I was then told the next step was surgery. I then tried PT for 4 months with slight improvement and then began — feeling exhausted. I am on my feet for most if the day...I was wearing crocs (while working) or booties (heeled dressy boot like shoes) when out and about. I started going to the podiatrist Towards the end of May and she started taping me. She also mentioned I had a heel spur but said nothing more about that.
