Lainey Fitzgerald Question about the Oofos recovery slides. I have bowstring plantar fascia which the brand claims it's good for. As the arch is a little high which is uncomfortable, is there a breaking in period? TIA! Carla MacLachlan Griffin Hi everyone. Thank you for allowing me to join this group. I have taken time reading through many of your posts, and I see that I am not alone in this pain. I have had PF for 8 months now, but only made it into my podiatrist late June. Should I begin wear sandals in doors? Please share product recommendations what worked for you and what did not.
