Help please!! Hello! I joined because I was told i have plantar fasciitis, I don’t think that’s the case anymore. I’ve tried foot therapy, sports foot therapy, the electro thing, inserts, insoles, special shoes, stretches, nothing is working and I just started a new job and I need any advice/help like now!! I really can’t afford to lose this job, I looked into Kuru shoes but I’m not sure if they actually would help or not. I don’t want to waste money on shoes that won’t help,

I too fell in the trap of shoes and insoles and spent a fortune. Unfortunately there's only 1 cure: progressive loading and strengthening of the foot and relevant muscles. It takes a while but a good physio should be able to give you an 8 to 12 week programme that you can follow
Elizabeth Moss I just got a pair of new balance 1080 fresh foam. Even tho I don’t have a wide foot, I tried on the wide width and it was amazing. Wide across the toes but fits great everywhere else. Plenty of room for the orthotics. I want to try a pair of these Altra too, but I need to try them on in a store first.
I had a bunion removed and toe straightened 4 years ago this month. I am seriously thinking of having the straightened toe removed . I am in more pain with the toe than I was with the bunion. I love walking but am in agony after. Has anyone had a toe removed. It's the 1st toe next to the big toe.

2 years since my surgery. No improvement in my foot. Been in so much pain since the surgery. Unfortunately my surgeon told me to get a second opinion and admit that he botched my toe. I now have to get another surgery to remove hardware out of my foot
Granville in the Know Ben Barton What the heck is going on with the water in the village? Here is a photo taken this morning of our shower water filter replacement. On the left is the used filter after one month (cleaned weekly), and on the right is the new, unused replacement filter. I'm starting to wonder if bathing in the pond is cleaner than using the village water system.
Your pond is pretty darn clean so it may be comparable lol
I feel like there have been more water line breaks/repairs in the last year than in the previous 20. The water is turning rusty with regularity.
