I am 4 weeks post op from a bunionectomy.

I am 4 weeks post op from a bunionectomy. I also have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur in one heel. I finally got a cortisone shot in December for a flair up that lasted 6 months! I had no pain, but now the pain is back! It really stinks because it is my “good foot” I use a knee scooter or crutches, and will have to for another month at least, so all my body weight rests on the flair-up foot.
