I am so worried I had plantar fasciitis about 5 years ago around covid, which healed and then i got Achilles Tendonitis which I still have. Since two days, my feet have begun paining.... Today after some shopping, my left heel is paining exactly the way in the very beginning when i had plantar fasciitis.
