I had bunion surgery June 4th. I was in the boot that caused the meniscus tear develop further. Doing PT. And, now I have plantar fasciitis. I have scar tissue that needs to be pushed out, basically. Any recommendations of the process to do that? Just gliding applied pressure, stretches and red light therapy daily? TIA. Shared post Kat CK Hi, early May I received customised orthotics and did my very best to break them in and get used to them. I found them to be rather painful as they are quite rigid, so went back to the specialist who fabricated them and although he adjusted them, things didn’t get much better. I wanted to give them a fair chance though and wore them for a few hours a day ever since. I noticed though back pain creeping in too. Have you ever had the c Shared post Jeanne Clapsaddle-Janssen I've order, at least, 50 pairs of shoes from Amazon, wear them for a couple of days, then send them back.Nothing feels good. Im waiting for Kuru walking shoes from ebay- 65 dollars. The website same shows 160. I pray they are IT!!! I can't send these back. Shared post Cynthia Lubenow I've never had foot issues. After about a year of working at Chick Fil A my feet started hurting. I figured it was because I was using cheap Walmart shoes for the past year. I've recently heard it could be peri menopause. I'm 47. My heel hurts into my ankle. I also get radiating pain in my heel, ankle, balls of my feet and sometimes into my calf after a shift at work. I love working there and don't want to quit, but I'm scared it coul Shared post Kelly Bourgoin My Podiatrist recommended Aasics gel Kayano 29. Loved them. Well, now they no longer make them and the newest version hurts. Called my Dr for a new recommendation, and he said trial and error. I’m sick of returning shows. What are your tried and true sneakers that help with this? Shared post Dane Burmester A lot of you are trying the old traditional approach to fix your PF. All of these are - relieving symptoms. The issue with this is these aren’t the same. Pain relief and recovery are different and aren’t the same. Shared post Gagro Mateo Jelena does anyone have hyperpronation, bunions and a lack of fat tissue and plantar fascia....please experience..nothing helps the fascia...they say ooeration of the bunions?
