I have been battling PF in both feet since around January 26’. Primary Dr. recommended Spenco inserts that worked for him. Said I’d be over it in a couple weeks. Got them in February. Provided little relief over the next few months. Got referred to a foot guy, wanted over $500 for leg brace/boot, more for inserts, and never sent me therapy information. Found a boot on Amazon for $35. Started in May and I can’t walk without pain every single time my right foot touches the ground. I tried 7 sessions of shockwave therapy. I tried a few sessions of laser. I’ve had ongoing massage. I’ve bought custom orthotics that hurt my feet more than helping. I’ve stretched, I’ve rolled my foot on a frozen water bottle.
