If you haven't tried Birkenstocks NOT OFF BRAND and you have financial means to do so I suggest trying the real Birkenstocks! It healed my PF after strictly wearing nothing but Boston clogs or Arizona sandals. What I have found different in them than any other shoe I have tried is there is a mound in the middle of the shoe that is much much wider than any other shoe arch support.
