If you’ve plateaued in your healing and can’t seem to stretch out those last little vestiges of PF pain, a percussion massager (I think) did the trick for me. I went almost 2 years with PF that included being “healed” after about a year, only to experience two micro-tears after starting to run again - putting me out for another year. Two years of trying almost everything to get my foot back to normal. After it started to feel more like an ache or a bruise instead of a shar Pallavi Sinha Sharing my experience in case it helps someone else. About 2 years ago, I had pain in my right heel. I went to physio, did calf, hip and hamstring stretches, and got a custom insole. Thankfully, the pain went away, although I continued wearing the insole. Last year, my left heel started hurting, and gradually the pain spread through my entire left leg. At times, it was extreme. I tried the same exercises, toe spacers, splint socks ,— feeling optimistic. Huma Sajjad Has anyone used this kind of heat foot massager and are they helpful? I had timberline pros and used them for YEARS, but my new pair, I believe, changed something and that's when this flare up started over a year ago.
