I'm for real at a loss with this heel pain, its really depressing I've gotten to the point where I dont even want to drink bc I know ill have to get up to pee. Literally the pain is stressing me out so bad my b/p is SKY high (210/116).. I'm a cna I'm on my feet all the time, I cant sit bc 1 no time and if I was to even have time the pain is worse... I just bought the hoka bondi 9s... no help... I use advil pain cream which the coolness does help but uhhh!! Anyone else suffering this bad?! See less

How do you even explain the pain we deal with?! Lol ppl that haven't ever suffered with plantar just dont get it. I cant even explain the pain it's so bad. I wouldn't say needles in my heels but ughhhhhh! Just trying to explain why I walk like a 100 year old to my residents and husband

The way I explain it to people it feels like my heal is heavily bruised all the time and has a burning sensation
