I'm tired of buying sneakers and finding that they irritate my PF. Does anyone have tried and true recommendations for walking sneakers for a low arch and wide toe box? Shared post AuthenticOwl9480 First shockwave therapy yesterday - ouch! So I had my first shockwave therapy and but it was painful. Just a quick question. Should I continue using a massage gun on the areas to aid the internal bleeding and healing or should I leave it for a week and only have this type of treatment being done by the physio. I’m aware the shockwave therapy stimulate blood flow and internal bleeding to encourage the body to heal the inflamed area. It’s a wonderful way of getting the body to heal itself. I brought this A3 sheet to my Rehab Doctor and Physical Therapist and they were both floored and said I’m the ideal patient. Removed a lot of the guesswork. So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go. Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes? May be a doodle of text Shared post
