I’m trying to find a shoe that I can wear without the bottom on my heel hurting. The backs have to be soft because I have a Pump Bump on the back of ny heel. So in addition to my PF and my fibromia in my arch my under part of my heel hurts the most!! I’ve recently started wearing Oofos Recovery Flip Flops and love them. But I need a good walking shoe so I can try and get back to walking again. Picture added for attention This was after getting absolutely drenched on a water ride recently. I lasted 3 hours total that day. See less

In addition to my PF I also have a Plantar Fibroma in my arch and a “Pump Bump” otherwise known as a Haglund's Syndrome Bump. Has anyone else had either or both of these that can offer any help in treating them as well?

I had a big bump on my heel that got bigger with pf and tendonitis. After the tendonitis went it was still huge.
