It's taken close to 2 years for my foot to heal from plantar fasciitis.
It's taken close to 2 years for my foot to heal from plantar fasciitis. Today I realised I'm growing a bony lump on the top of my foot. It's pressing against the top of my shoe causing new discomfort. Has anyone had this?
