I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis since last year beginning on one foot, then the other.

I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis since last year beginning on one foot, then the other. It’s been better since then but my left foot (the one that started later) is still painful when I stand. I can walk with my orthotics, but I find that I cannot tolerate standing and most pressure are on my heels and left arch. I have Oofos at home and able to tolerate it with minimal discomfort on my left foot when standing. I went to the podiatrist and got two cortisone Injections within a few months and used a night splint. That did not help. I was then told the next step was surgery.
