Just had my first piezowave treatment today at a local chiropractor office, 1st one is free and boy is my heel sore .. ouch!!! This better work, they recommend 6 of these. So far it just feels like it aggravated the pf...supposedly it will cause increased blood flow to the area to help heal. Hoping it feels better by Saturday busy 4th.

Shockwave? If so I had 5 treatments done. I believe it fixed my plantar fasciitis! I had 6 (once a week) PT visits prior. My PT recently got this machine and offered it at discount t for patients. The first one hurt for sure as you get more it will ease up. My 5th one I felt no pain and as of now I am painfree! Last one was first week of June. I think k the combo of both really helped:) You should be feel better by the 4th:) takes a few days:) good luck!

My most recent pf purchase it actually feels better when its on and makes it so i can stand and walk a lil longer without pain . Also bought toe separators, gel inserts and asics sneakers ughhh the $$$$ spent trying to cure pf.

I think the secret is in “doing” not buying. Like doing strengthening exercises , stretching and/or taping to heal any micro tears.
Has anyone tried "piezowave therapy" supposedly similar to shockwave but less $$$?
