Kia ora koutou from NZ!
Kia ora koutou from NZ! I’ve been looking at these Oofos shoes (currently wear Asics), and am wondering which trainers people would recommend for daily walking my dog? I don’t really like street walking so we tend to do more bush trails, beach etc, so I need an all terrain shoe really. We also live in a hilly area so walks often include up and down hills. Ngā mihi! Shared post Jessica Lynn Follow up to my comfortable-shoe question: Has anyone been able to return to wearing normal shoes after treatment? I love me a pretty shoe and all my pretty shoes make me cry right now. Shared post Jon Jiovenetta Anyone have recovered heel pain? If so what did you do? Shared post Roula Kfoury Karam I stopped walking on the treadmill when I go to the gym and switched to the elliptical , biking and rowing machines . It doesn’t really seem to help my plantar fasciitis pain . The only things that doesn’t t hurt me is the swimming . My husband and I are planning a trip to France to meet some friends and a lot of walking is planned during our journey . Although I wear asics and they are really helpful and very comfortable but I am v Shared post Margie Dillworth Surgery????I’ve had all the normal treatment. Nothing working Shared post Jessica Lynn Ladies: Recommendations for dressier shoes for the office that won't kill your feet? I've tried Vionic and they still have a bit of that "orthopedic" look. My very-flat Rothys and Tieks that I've worn for years are killing me (and may be why I'm in this mess in the first place). Which is a shame, because I have an absolute rainbow of colors. Shared post Bonnie James-Reeves Has anyone tried Birkenstocks? My PF has been BAD for 2 years. I've battled it for 30+ years and all my regular things tended to work until this go round. Ive spent a fortune on good shoes which helped but didnt cure it. I had a decent Birkenstock coupon last month so ai got my first pair. There was a break in period but my feet are almost cured. Morning pains is almost gone and overall leg pain is so much better. Is it just me or any Shared post Dottie Torcellini McKenna Have any of you tried zero drop or barefoot shoes to get relief? Shared post Cathy Moulton Dawson Looking for help from ppl with VERY high arches. I’m trying a lot of stuff. Things that work for those of you with moderate arches do not work for us or at least not for me. Trying to wear an orthotic aggravates my arch. Taping it aggravates it. Any use aggregates it. The high stretching on the toes and lowering the heel almost caused a rupture for me. None of the shoes work. At all. PT has not worked. The only thing that wo Shared post Lisa Eckhart Has anyone done prp, if so how was it and did it help. I heard it’s brutal Shared post 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago August 21 at 1:24 AM August 20 at 10:30 PM
