Shared post Debbie Sue So I have had heel pain for months now and presumed it was plantar fasciitis. The past day or so I was getting weird stabbing burning pain in my heel at rest. Coming and going. So severe I was kind of freaked out. I took ibuprofen 600mg x 2 yesterday and had foot reflexology. I was still getting the stabbing pains right after the massage. Then last night and today… no pain. Shared post Mary Ray I just had my podiatrist appointment I have been traveling a lot this summer so the pain has been bad. He literally said “stretch it and work it on the hour every hour! Or surgery!” Which is crazy to hear! He also did recommend red light therapy. Soooo any recommendations on that?? TIA! Shared post
