Post surgery fatigue A few weeks shy of 6 months post op tailors bunion osteotomy. I feel fatigued a lot especially walking around for work and shopping. I got plantar fasciitis which went away but now have something like really bad shin splint on lateral side of the other shin / ankle. Wasn’t anticipating these issues. Thought about getting my crutches back out. Pain and inflammation made it hard to walk. I like being active. Maybe I did too much too soon. I got insoles which
