Steroid shot... Any thoughts, reservations, success stories? BrightRaccoon8629 Is there anyone in this group that custom orthotics honestly did help them ? I've been having pain to my left plantar facitis for nearly 2 months (can baraly walk 5 min) now and I'm starting to have pain also in my right feet. He was examining my feet and said I have it in both! I'm so down in the dumps already with the pain in my bad foot. I hate to say this, but I have intense heel soreness when I walk still. It's kind of terrifyin. Anyone else have this outcome? My doctor told me there's lot's of scar tissue that could take up to a year to heal. The pain is worse now than it was before my surgery.
