This was the first week back teaching and I’m feeling it a little bit, but not as much as I anticipated. Anywho, my question is, does anyone else sometimes feel the arch “twitch” at all? I do a lot of strength training and every now and then this past week I felt that sensation in my foot that is more prone to plantar fasciitis. Happens quick and then gone. TIA!
