Today I went for a walk and I put a tow spacer between my big and second toes - it was the best and most comfortable walk I’ve had in a long time !! Has anyone else experienced this ?

I found toe spacer uncomfortable after 10 mins. Been using toe socks for just over a week and I can get through the day with very little pain .

These findings are pieces to your puzzle...Start researching big toe mechanics and it's relationship to a healthy foot and biomechanics...look into big toe separation with toe band exercises...toe yoga...and other various toe and foot exercises. Continue to strengthen up your posterior chain too...Best of luck 🤞

Along w my other stretches, I do my toes too. Im shocked at how much it has helped. This is one weird condition 🤪

Yes! It works for me. Also, buy shoes that have a larger toe box. No pointed shoes.

Yes!!! I wore toe separators (from CorrrectToes) for about a year when I was healing plantar fasciitis!

I did the same thing today for the 1st time and it was not painful at all.

Someone said toe socks work I’d did dr bergs exercise today and my feet felt better

Interesting thanks for the info, I will give it a try!

You could always try taping them if the seperaters are uncomfortable.

they are uncomfortable at first. Work up to it in time increments. I could not wear the comfort toes. I found a softer pair on Amazon. They are crucial in your healing process, because, they realign your feet. Do wear them around the house or out & about. Not just when you are watching tv. Although that will help you get used to them.

I’ve only had them about 9/10 days and definite improvement. I have pf in left foot over 6 months but pain in toes on right foot. Since wearing these pain has gone from toes and massively improved pf pain. I’ve had more success with tips from this group than I did with dr or podiatrist 🤔

MysticalPhoenix2855 the ones off Amazon feel a bit uncomfortable for couple minutes then you forget you have them on .

I wore some too for about a year. CorrectToes makes very comfortable ones out of silicone I think. Flexible and soft. Still takes a couple days to get used to but I wore mine all day for months!! In every shoe. That’s a good test for shoes too. If you can’t wear the shoe with the toe separators, the shoes aren’t good for your feet bc they narrow too much at the toe area.

Ive been trying to actively walk using my full foot and spread my toes Not fully pain free yet but I think its getting there slowly. Doing calf stretches and massage too

I love this information. Thank you so much. I will absolutely look into correcttoes. I have some cheap toe spacers that I were for a bit in the evening and my feet always feel better so I want to give this a try! Have a great day.

Using toe separators is one of the biggest things that helped me recover!
