Today was my second time seeing a foot doctor about my heel pain.
Today was my second time seeing a foot doctor about my heel pain. First one I went to was in my room for 5 minutes, barely touched my foot, no x-ray… just said yup it’s plantar fasciitis and they gave me a night splint. I was convinced it’s more than just plantar fasciitis. I was in so much pain. No arch pain. Strictly in my heel and Achilles. The night splint did not help and made my foot feel worse.
