I just keep trying to shake my tight tendons loose Vigurously! I lost a couple pounds too so far, I know loosing some weight will help my feet! Travis Fitch Got new orthotics today everything feels fine except about 1 to 2 in from my heel it feel a bump. Chatgpt says thats the support and its normal and ill get used to it.
