Well-being in different groups as well and studying and doing history on PF I’m really starting to believe plantar fasciitis goes dormant, but never goes away it looks like all we can do is ease the pain with footwear sock wear stretches and all the above

My doctor said it could take up to 6 months for the swelling to go down. I had my surgery in February and still have slight swelling.

3wks post-op is still in the very early stages of healing. I’m also 3wks post-op as of today! I have minimal swelling in the lower area of my r-great toe and the forefoot area just below that toe/near my incision. It can take up to a year for most pati
