Use massage gun on calves and feet. Check out Dr Angela's videos and website

The right arch support in a cushioned shoe helps tremendously!

High hard insoles don’t really work for me. The Kurus standard, included soles actually are really good.

I tried everything and nothing worked. Then I got these Sketchers Arch Fit trainers. No more pain. I am now on my second pair and no longer wear any other trainers apart from these. Also purchased Archies arch support slides which are really good too

May be an image of shoes

I’d ditch the insoles and try tape

Use sport tape only thing I have found that helps. & also wearing Clark spongy cushion flip flops. Little pricey but only thing I’ve found kind to my feet. I have spent lots of money on shoes people swear by. They are all painful on heel …period. and 4get inserts waste too. Bought a night splint wrap boot nope no good. I move and stand all day for work. Sure that is how I It developed. I’ve never bought cheap shoes. Always good arch shoes. I have had it for over a month now.; Horrible Try the K tape you ca get at drug store or amazon. I also just ordered an ankle brace foot wrap kinda like compression socks. Bought a large size so I can adjust. I did try compression sock at beginning. Too tight not great I use heating pad at night helps little. Soaking in ice water rolling my foot on frozen bottle ummm no good. I went to doctors twice…l trying to decide if the podiatrist would help. Not wanting to get any shots from what people have said about them. Good luck prayers everyone finds relief.

I use Oofos for shoes when I have a flare up. My doctor told me to wear the gel heel cups he gave me to protect the heel until it gets better.

I've tried everything sketchers work for me but I find this I'm tapping my foot and it really helps mostly my heel .foot is ok so I wrap loads round my heel really helps but stretch my foot before I get out of bed.
