When my podiatrist told me I could not wear sandals that really affected me because I do not wear closed toe shoes only to the gym, but I was willing to follow doctors orders to get rid of this PF and a friend who had it recommended these shoes It’s obviously not a cure but it does provide relief. I had PF many years ago and I was able to cure it myself, but I guess as my doctor reminded me age and my weight are contributors but it kind of sucks when my workouts are limited b PurplePear9454 I am at almost a year with PF.
