I have taken time reading through many of your posts, and I see that I am not alone in this pain. I have had PF for 8 months now, but only made it into my podiatrist late June. I have done a lot of what you all have mentioned, including stretching, and exercising, but have found that if I over do things, that I am back to square one. I had PF several years ago, and thankfully saved the brace, as I now wear that at Kristine Marie DiBartolomeo Has anyone else been completely disappointed with seeing a podiatrist? I (after waiting over a month) had my first visit with a podiatrist today. He didn't really tell me anything that I didn't already know and said that I was fine to return to work waitressing even though I can't even walk around the store 20 minutes without pain. He told me waitressing is just like walking from here to there (pointing at the floor). Not quite, t Summer Clark I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 8 months now. I’ve tried all the things from stretches to ice to hoka shoes. I work in healthcare so I’m constantly on my feet and stand for long periods of time. I recently heard of toe yoga and walking barefoot(slowly transitioning and doing about 10min a day). My feet are more sore and now the pain is throughout the day.
