This is what I use. My podiatrist prefers the plastic formed splint but I can’t get thru a night in it. This I find comfortable

While a night splint does seem to help, it’s bulky and uncomfortable.
While a night splint does seem to help, it’s bulky and uncomfortable. My sheets are loose, but my feet are pointed down while I sleep and that seems to aggravate BOTH calves. Are y’all using anything while you sleep that keeps your feet more towards 90 degrees?

The night splint is uncomfortable but I believe it really helped both my feet.
Do you have pain at night when you sleep?
I have one of my daughter's squishmellows trapped under the end of the duvet so that my feet rest up against it. It keeps my feet at a good angle whilst not being too firm.
Following your post… I’m looking for a good (non-bulky) night splint too..
I found that sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs helps me stay off my belly, which is what makes my feet super straight x
Sleep on sofa and make sure your feet are straight up against the ends of the sofa.
I'm a stomach sleeper and have been sleeping with my feet hanging off the end of the bed. I use the splint but it more comfortable in this position for me.
Hated my splint so I traded it for a compression sleeve/ankle brace with a strap and it seems to work. I sleep better and it seems to keep my foot from pointing too much.
I also Have that splint and brace I believe it is helping with the heel pain
do you think it helps? Is your pf improving?
results? I have this one that came in yesterday!
me too!
Take out the pads in them
