Ah amazing. Must feel so much nicer. Easy steps to begin with. Week 5 for me. One more week for results and hopefully a plan form the future, and a shower! I need a shower !!!

it's a k-wire. I had my second toe pinned to repair hammering along with chevron osteotomy on bunion

i tried the Bondi 9 ones on and oh my days - so bouncy… just think the wide fit would be better but don’t think JD SPORTS stock the other widths. Hubby nearly fell off the chair when i said how much they are.

I know they are expensive, but they are my last resort to ease the pain.
