I have had really good results with the green Superfeet. You may want to go to a medical supply store that carries them and lets you try them because there are a few different colors for high arch, low arch etc. or you could order them on Amazon and send back what you didn’t use.

Did you try shock wave therapy and taping? Im not in your region to suggest shoes as whats available here might not be there

no i just heard of that therapy today, ill have to look into it. I got myself a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 runners, they say theyre really good for planter fasciitis.

I'm in Malta, a little island in Europe. We have varomed shoes from Germany. They worked for me. Also try reflexology. Cut down sugars and exercise a bit. Swim, stretch, walk when you can. Physio helps also, ultrasound. I tried everything

Maybe for some, I have had 2 cortisone injections so far, I’m doing 2 a year,they do help but don’t fix. I wear my Hokas and they are great but I still walk on the ball of my foot to take the pressure of my heel. I have thickness of the planter fascia 1 cm from a spur on the heel, not fixable, I wouldn’t have it operated on, to risky for further damage. I find ice therapy helps with the inflammation especially before I go to bed.
