I have OCD contamination and toenail fungus.

I have OCD contamination and toenail fungus. It's so hard to have the conditions together. I tried to console my mind and looked online and found out about dermatophytes. The fungi that can cause toenail fungus. It has made me maybe even feel worse. These dermatophytes if you have toenail fungus can be in your home, maybe in dust too. I'm a senior and I isolate myself. Any thoughts? It's hard enough dealing with toenail fungus without the OCD making it worse.
