So my poor 3 year old has toenail fungus.

So my poor 3 year old has toenail fungus. It’s on her big toes but one is way worse than the other. I sadly think she got it from me even though I tried to be so careful. Her Dr also said it could have came from the swimming pool but I’m guessing it’s my fault since I have it. I’ve been treating it with Tea Tree Therapy and occasionally Vicks Vapor Rub. I read in this group that it was good to file the nails down first before applying Toenail Fungus Management What’s the most frustrating part of your Condition? In the past 20 years I have had two rounds of Lamisil which were five years apart, both times worked for a year and it come back, I've tried the laquer and every topical creme on the market, any advice is appreciated LaNeil White So frustrated. Went to podiatrist today and he said there is nothing he can do for me. I wanted to have my nail taken off. Now the fungus is on other toes I just give up on it. I asked about oral meds and he said He would have to do bloodwork etc. and I was like OK. And we live in Florida so I have on flip flops all the time. I’m new here - I joined for advise for my husband. Berry Bee After trying many treatments over a period of 5 months. I think taking vitamin D tablets, probiotics, monthly laser treatements and using Nonyx topical in combination with Daktarin cream (a few times per week) has made a difference. My toe nail isn’t completely clear but it’s growing out a lot clearer than before.
