Toenail Fungus Treatment

This fell off of my toe , my toe nail fell off today. Did nothing to it. Gross sorry. Just sharing.

Treat the nail bed while the nail is off! If you don't, the new nail will probably have fungus. I like vinegar nail soaks and Emuaid max.

I have been prescribed jublia and it’s taken about 6 months but mine is almost gone!

don't be sorry, that's what the page is about, the different things that can happen. If anyone is on the page, they obviously have a gross toe too.

Me too!! Mine fell off about a year ago and it was the best thing ever. They came back thin and I could see pink where it reattached to the nail bed. Still fungal in some sports, but thankfully not as bad as it was.

Terbinafine. (I think that’s how it’s spelled) ask your primary care provider for an rx. It’s take over a year to treat but worth it. Meds for six months and then waiting the year or so for a new nail to grow

BETADINE right away… then treat once a week. Least expensive treatment you can actually see. White iodide people choose because it doesn’t leave a mark, but you should know where you put it!

that's how I got rid of it .my nails are totally clear now so worth it .I can wear sandals for the 1st time in years.

I was on it for a year and a half. My nails are now totally clear and I’m so grateful I did it. I put it off for years because I was scared, but turned out it was the only thing that worked for me.

BETADINE right away… then treat once a week. Least expensive treatment you can actually see. White iodide people choose because it doesn’t leave a mark, but you should know where you put it! I found this works 100% by accident when I had ankle surgery. Happened to also have toenail fungus on that same foot and the Betadine treatment (only variable) cured it on that foot and not the other foot!
